Reading:
This week we are working on making predictions, prefixes, descriptive language
and retelling. We are reading fiction stories this week about heroes.
Math:
We are starting Unit 13 this week on fractions. The students will work on kid
fractions, learning what makes a whole, and some pizza problems.
Science:
We are really enjoying our Earth, Moon, Sun unit. Last week we visited the Star
Lab twice and this week we will begin working on our Constellation Projects. We
will also be learning the phases of the moon!
